Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch
- Orders for Side Mirrors, Bumpers, and Lights placed before 3:00 PM PKT (Monday through Saturday) are dispatched the same day from our central Montgomery Road, Lahore warehouse.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM PKT or on Sundays and national gazetted holidays are dispatched the next business morning.
- Every order undergoes fitment verification by our automotive technicians prior to packing.
- You will receive live tracking information via SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your courier airway bill is generated.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Lahore: 1 to 2 business days (Same-day counter pick-up also available).
- Major cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gujranwala): 24 to 48 hours.
- Other cities and tehsils: 2 to 4 business days.
- Remote districts (interior Sindh, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, AJK): 3 to 5 business days.
- Deliveries are executed via Pakistan's most reliable express logistics (TCS, Daewoo FastEx, Trax, Call Courier, Leopard).
Heavy & Fragile Item Packaging
- Headlights, taillights, and side mirror glass are wrapped in shock-absorbing multi-layer air bubble film and packaged in heavy-gauge corrugated cartons.
- Full front and rear bumpers are wrapped in heavy protective polythene and high-density foam wrapping to prevent scratches, bending, and transit damage.
- Wooden crate packaging is provided for oversized orders at no extra cost.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Nationwide
- Cash on Delivery is available across 150+ cities across Pakistan.
- Please keep the exact invoice amount ready for the delivery rider to facilitate prompt handover.
